For midsummer, on Sunday 22nd June, we'll be holding a big social occasion, a chance to relax and 'let our hair down' (well, some of us anyway!). It's provisionally entitled 'Party in the Park' and the venue is Mellish Rugby Club on Mapperley Plains.
Mike Jones and Tom Butcher are working on this event, and as something we've never attempted before, it offers different logistical challenges. Mike and Tom will need some practical help, so if you feel you can play a part, please talk with them. The evening will be ticket-only but is free and there will be live entertainment (no male voice choir singing - officially) and you can bring your own supplies or purchase something from the Club.
